Agua de Beber (Brazilian Capoeira Group - Sacramento) Capoeira comes from the colonial era when African slaves in Brazil disguised self-defense as dance and play.  Today capoeira is practiced around the world.  Água de Beber (ADB) is the Sacramento, California branch of the United Capoeira Association (UCA).
